REAL Home Improvement
It’s true – I repair and build things around the house for a living. But you should know what really makes me tick, what makes life worth living. It’s HOME improvement – seeing the relationships within homes become strong and healthy.
I’ve learned so much in the last 37 years from my wife, Judy, about this. Here we are with our eleven grandchildren. They’re a wonderful blessing for which I thank God every day.
I’ve discovered that real home improvement starts with a complete heart renovation. For me, that began at age 17 with a spiritual decision that has been the anchor for my life – inviting Jesus Christ to call the shots. Now 41 years later, I have a great sense of accountability for all that I’ve been given in life. The many valuable things I’ve learned along the way compel me to give back in several specific ways. It’s a great feeling to help others get their lives, marriages and families on solid footing when something vital is missing.

Since 2001, I’ve had the privilege of presenting marriage and family seminars to rural pastors in Tanzania, East Africa on five separate trips. It’s amazing after hearing about the needs in third-world countries to actually be able to give back to people who have so little – materially and spiritually.
After a near-fatal injury in November 2003 I’ve felt like my life was loaned back to me for something really big. So, as much as I love building and fixing things, the bottom line for me is giving others the keys to REAL home renovation – with solid equipping from God’s Word, the Home Improvement Manual.
I’m planning to return to Tanzania in August 2012, and I’m looking for folks who’d like to have a part in something revolutionary and world-changing! Click here for more info and a chance to be involved in something eternally exciting!
